We will give you access to a portal that enables you to generate payment links to send via email, text, or WhatsApp. Each link is customised by selecting a branch (if applicable), the customer's account number/invoice number and the amount to pay.
Send Payment Request
We will design you a HTML email that you can use to send payment requests to your customer with. Simply generate a link and hyperlink it in the email template. For text and WhatsApp you can simply add your own message and paste the link in.
Payment Notification
Email notifications of every payment are sent to you so you can keep up to date with every payment that's been made. With the instant settlement of payments, you can also use your bank statement as a way to check if payment has been made.
Reporting
Each payment will be added to a Google Spreadsheet so you can easily export each payment at the end of each day, week or month. You can also get a reporting dashboard that will show you every payment that has been made into your account.
